Collaborative Pharma Consulting, LLC
Helping organizations discover, develop and deliver products and services to improve human health.
In the journey from an early molecule of interest to the nomination of a development candidate, the abundance of tools and technologies available to biopharmaceutical researchers ultimately generates a complex landscape of information that requires careful review and analysis. These collaborative interactions represent a critical stage in the design and execution of a program plan that will ultimately result in the delivery of a medicine of value to patients.
Collaborative Pharma Consulting LLC (CPC, LLC) can provide guidance and decision-making frameworks to drive the ‘molecule to market’ process. Decisions made during the early stages of a project have significant impact on the progress of a therapeutic entity towards the clinic.

Ways of Working
Unsurprisingly, for an organization to thrive, it’s all about the employees and how well they collaborate, are treated, engaged and committed to the mission of the enterprise. Finding ways to create an environment where scientists can exercise their intrinsic motivation and do their best work can present some challenges.
CPC’s approach to building an effective operation is based around a toolbox of capabilities that individuals and teams can learn, apply and adapt to suit specific needs. Engagement with CPC is informal, module-based and largely conversational with tips, best practice recommendations and case study examples providing a ‘straight to the point’ customized learning experience.
