Unsurprisingly, for an organization to thrive, it’s all about the employees and how well they collaborate, are treated, engaged and committed to the mission of the enterprise.  Finding ways to create an environment where scientists can exercise their intrinsic motivation and do their best work can present some challenges.

CPC’s approach to building effective team-based operations is based around a toolbox of capabilities that individuals and teams can learn, apply and adapt to suit specific needs.  Engagement with CPC is informal, module-based and largely conversational with tips, best practice recommendations and case study examples providing a ‘straight to the point’ common sense-based learning experience. Sessions can be tailored for scientists at all levels in the organization.
